I. Supervision and Evaluation Processes with Regards to Philosophy and Mission Statement
The values and characteristics which are reflected in my philosophy of education and organizational mission statement examine the use of idealism to reach goals and objectives by setting high standards . I also value the use of diversified perspectives and outlooks on life experiences, it makes me appreciate others differences. As an educator , I strive to meet the needs of the apparent differences.
