The values and characteristics which are reflected in my philosophy of education and organizational mission statement examine the use of idealism to reach goals and objectives by setting high standards . I also value the use of diversified perspectives and outlooks on life experiences, it makes me appreciate others differences. As an educator , I strive to meet the needs of the apparent differences.
